At WELU Crown™, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • The item must be free from damage, stains, or wear

Due to hygiene and personal use standards, worn or used items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

We will provide return instructions once approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 


Due to hygiene reasons, used hair wraps are not eligible for return.
If there is a defect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
